System Engineer

Position Summary:

OIST IT useクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナス hybrid approach of on-premises servers, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services to provide business services to its stakeholders. Aクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナス member of the Operation and Support Section, you will support and maintain our on-premiseクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd cloud-based systems to provide secure, scalable, and stable services to drive the OIST business forward.
As part of your main responsibilities, you will maintain and troubleshoot server systemクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd services, making sure they are secure, available, and follow industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include knowledge sharing within your team.
Aクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナス successful candidate, you should show good working knowledge of virtualization, Windows server technologies, and work experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain クイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスupport existing mission critical Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange hybrid environment, and Microsoft Hyper-V and cluster environment in production
2. Maintain クイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスupport in-house Identity Management System
3. Handle day-to-day operations of existing on-premiseクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd cloud-based systems, including;
   (i)     Infrastructure Monitoring
   (ii)    Patch management
   (iii)   Backup and Restore
   (iv)   Handling ticketクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd user support
   (v)    Troubleshooting
   (vi)   House keeping
4. Work with infrastructure level 2 to resolve production incidents
5. Regularly review existing systemクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd make recommendations for improvements
6. Engage infrastructure project
7. Support and collaborate with Information Security Section

(Required)

1. 3+ years of solid working experience managing on-perm Microsoft Infrastructure environment including Active Directory and Hyper-V cluster
2. Solid working experience of managing physical hardware including physical server クイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスAN-based storage
3. Advance PowerShell scripting skills
4. クイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナス ITIL best practice explicitly on incident management, problem management and change management respectively
5. Extensive infrastructure troubleshooting skills
6. Self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision
7. As part of multiple-tier infrastructure team
8. Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with various technical abilities in a multicultural, multilingual environment
9. Fluent English (TOEIC 700+ or an equivalent)

1. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
