JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To advocate for all phases of the employee journey, ensuring your active participation in efforts to make their experience with us positive and productive.
  • To create and endorse strategies that boost employee engagement and retention.
  • To establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, offering guidance on people management, compliance with contracts and regulations, and handling performance and disciplinary issues.
  • To facilitate behavior changes among leaders and employees to drive our organizational transformation.
  • To support overall communication throughout the organization, in both English and local languages. This includes tasks such as updating and maintaining internal communication platforms and reviewing or implementing new working instructions and policies.
  • To actively transfer HR responsibilities to the Shared Service Team and/or continuously improve HR processes.
  • To provide and analyze people-related data either proactively or upon request.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native Japanese level and Fluent in English
  • Has HR related experience more than 3 years
