Necessary Skills:
■ Technical skills: 3+ years of  C/C++ development experience 
■ Experience in embedded (組み込み) software development 
■ Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, VBA, etc.
■ Experience of working in Robotics, Automotive, Aerospace, or Hardware companies is a big advantage
■ Possess great technical communication skills and experience with team-based development.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
■ Understanding of microcomputers, real-time operating systems, and middleware.
■ Experience with Java development
■ Experience with with integrated development environments (IDEs) and in-circuit emulators (ICEs).
■ Experience with simulation-based validation.
■ Business level Japanese
