A leading global payment company is seeking a Head of B2B Payments

Roles/Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement long-term plans to grow our commercial finance services, aligning with regional objectives.
• Achieve key business targets across diverse financial portfolios, managing a dedicated team to drive revenue and market presence.
• Foster client relationships, expanding reach across various financial solutions and segments.
• Develop market-relevant solutions for a broad spectrum of clients, from large corporates to fintech and government entities.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure strategic goals are met and growth opportunities maximized.

必須条件

• 法人カード、トランザクションバンキング、またはキャッシュマネジメントの経験
• 大手金融機関、またはペイメント・ネットワークにおける実務経験15年以上
• B2B決済のトレンドや規制の専門知識
• 優れたリーダーシップスキル（チームの育成やパフォーマンス改善など）
• クライアントマネジメント能力
• プロダクトマネジメント能力
• 高度な分析力

優遇条件

• MBAや経営学の学位があれば尚可

Required skills

• Extensive experience in Commercial Cards, Transaction Banking, or Cash Management.
• More than 15 years in top financial institutions or payment networks with a deep understanding of B2B payment trends and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
• Excellent in client and product management with strong analytical skills.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business preferred.
