業務内容

• POSシステムのインストール、メンテナンス、トラブルシューティング
• 技術的な問題を解決するために店舗と積極的にコミュニケーションをとること
• パフォーマンス及びセキュリティ・コンプライアンスを最適化するためのベストプラクティスとツールの導入
• システム全体の運用について海外チームと協力すること
• 各種POSシステムプロジェクトへの参加（アップグレード/新機能開発など）

Our client is seeking a POS engineer. This is an opportunity to join a flat, multinational environment team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS systems
• Communicate proactively with stores to resolve technical issues
• Implement best practices and tools to ensure performance and security compliance
• Collaborate with multiregional global team for overall system operations
• Participate in POS system projects including upgrades and new feature development

必須条件

• POSシステムエンジニア／オペレーター／サポート経験3年以上
• 日本語上級ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語上級会話レベル以上
• 優れた問題解決能力

Required skills

• 3+ years professional experience in POS systems as engineer/operator/support
• Business fluency in Japanese and conversational fluency in English
• Strong problem solving skills
