業務内容

• デジタルおよびフロントオフィス活動において、ビジネスとITの主要な窓口となること
• ビジネスのデジタル化イニシアチブの推進
• ビジネスプロセス要件の評価、効果的で実行可能なソリューションの提案
• 主要ステイクホルダーとの信頼関係の構築
• ユーザーエクスペリエンス分析、フィードバックの収集、アドバイスやトレーニングの提供（適宜）
• アプリケーションプロジェクト（新規導入＆アップグレード）の管理・支援

Roles/Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT for Digital and Front Office activities.
• Support business digitalization initiatives as an IT specialist.
• Evaluate business process requirements, suggest applicable solutions to enhance efficiency and success.
• Foster positive client relationships with key stakeholders, analyze user experience, gather feedback, and offer advice and training as required.
• Manage and assist with application projects, overseeing both new implementations and upgrades.

必須条件

• デジタル化とフロントオフィス・アプリケーションを中心とするIT経験6年以上
• 幅広いアプリケーション・プロジェクトの監督経験（CRM、ERP、POS、eコマースの実装を含む）
• 高度なプロジェクトマネジメント・スキル
• 小売業界経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
• 流暢な日本語力

Required skills

• Accumulate over 6+ years of IT expertise, with a focus on digitalization and front office application.
• Demonstrate proficiency in overseeing extensive application projects, encompassing CRM, ERP, POS, and e-commerce implementations.
• Display robust project management skills.
• Previous retail experience is a must.
