業務内容

• 基幹システムのシステム開発マネージャー職です
• システム開発のとりまとめ
• クライアント統合、エンジニアリングのリソースやスケジュールの管理
• 製品要件に基づく開発環境や言語の選定
• 複数の開発メンバーが生産的に取り組めるフレームワークやソースバージョン管理ルール、仕組み作り
• システム開発に最適なフレームワークの設定
• エンジニアの採用、育成
• 開発品質の管理、チームのエンジニアのコードレビュー
• 問題解決に積極的に取り組み、チームメンバーに適切な指示を出し、最短・最良の解決策を導き出すこと

Young company with inhouse AI Engineering team looking for someone to help them develop AI Medtech product and launch in Japan and globally

Roles/Responsibilities

• As system development manager for the core system, as well as client integrations, manage engineering resources and schedules.
• Select development environments and languages based on product requirements.
• Have experience in creating frameworks, source version control rules, and mechanisms to enhance the productivity of multiple development team members.
• Set up frameworks that help with the development of the system.
• Hire and train new engineers to grow the team.
• Manage development quality and occasionally do code reviews of the engineers on the team.
• Actively engage in problem-solving, providing appropriate instructions to team members without hesitation to find the shortest and best solutions.

必須条件

• エンジニアチーム（3名以上）のリーダー経験7年以上
• C#またはPythonでの開発実務経験
• AI（人工知能）の専門知識
• パフォーマンス改善の計画能力（取得可能なデータ量、必要とされるパフォーマンスや将来的な見通しなどに配慮し戦略的に計画を立てられること）
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語流暢

優遇条件

• IT/テック企業やメドテック企業のエンジニアチームをマネージした経験があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケ―ション能力、ファシリテーション能力（要件収集や協業のため）
• 曖昧/複雑な要素が絡むプロジェクトを推進した実績
• クライアント対応経験歓迎

Required skills

• 7+ years of experience leading a team of engineers (3+ people), ideally in a tech or medtech company.
• Hands-on development experience in C# or Python.
• Strong understanding of AI (artificial intelligence).
• Understand the required performance and plan for performance improvements based on the obtainable data volume, including future considerations.
• Business level in Japanese or above.
• Fluent level in English or above.

• Facilitate smooth communication across the organization for gathering and consolidating information.
• Demonstrate the ability to drive projects with responsibility in ambiguous or complex situations.
• Client-facing experience is welcomed.
