After setting up an office in Japan, they are now looking for an experienced Head of Product, to spearhead the development and expansion of their innovative product offerings in Japan

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing product team to drive success and innovation
• Product Innovation: Lead the ideation, testing, and launch of new products and features tailored to the Japanese market.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align product strategies with business objectives
• Customer Satisfaction: Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations

• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to align product development with market needs
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing product teams
• Exceptional resilience and decision-making skills under pressure
• Ability to think quickly and adapt even in situations with incomplete information
