The Role

• 1:Stable operation and improved availability of the infrastructure
• To maintain high availability and prevent major failures, enhance system monitoring and rapid incident response. Implement specific initiatives (e.g., maintenance of Datadog dashboards) to promote stable operation.
• 2: Accountability for infrastructure
• Understands the content and progress of operations, including the scope delegated to subordinate managers, and fulfills accountability as appropriate. Also, provide clear guidelines on the optimization of infrastructure costs and the scope of management of AWS, etc., to support efficient operations across departments.
• 3: Platform Engineering Strategy Development
• Aiming to improve developer experience and productivity, we draw a roadmap for platform engineering and develop a vision for the future together with the CTO, VPoE, and CISO.
• 4:SRE team organizational management and member development
• We assign a clear scope of responsibility to each manager and support them to ensure that the results are achieved within six months. As the team grows, we will build a stronger foundation.

• Building and operating container environments using Kubernetes
• Experience in building and operating infrastructure on AWS
• Design, operation, maintenance, improvement, and fault handling of web services
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering
• Experience managing an organization with DevOps culture
