Job Description:
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking a skilled English-to-Japanese Translator to join our team. This role focuses on translating client proposals/media plan/company website for digital marketing solutions while ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities:

• Translate client proposals and marketing materials from English to Japanese.
• Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate.
• Collaborate with the account management team to understand client requirements.
• Maintain the tone, style, and context of the original content.
• Proofread and edit translations for quality assurance.

Working Arrangements:
・Minimum 2-3 days (16~24 hours) per week - Open for negotiation
・Working at the office in Shinjuku - for this role, remote work is not available

Hourly rate:
JPY 3000~5000
・Will be decided upon assessment of the translation experience and candidate's expectation

Expected start date:
As soon as possible

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in English to Japanese translation role (corporate/freelance experience are welcomed) 
• Fluent in English and native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Proven experience in translation (preferably in marketing or digital media).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus.
• Expected start date: Immediately
