[About the Product]
Integrated payment gateway

[Job Responsibility]
-creating an easy-to-use and convenient product that can be used by more customers
-conduct UX research and behavioral analysis to identify pain points and devise ways to improve them
-work with members cross-functional teams such as as engineers, designers, and customer service to create and integrate new features
- working with the marketing team to direct planning and development, as well as implementing, operating, and analyzing campaigns.

[Requirement]
-2+ years of experience in product management at payment/financial services/banking institutions/fintech companies, OR
-3+ years of application development background (OK with backend, fullstack, or frontend engineers) at payment/financial services/banking institutions/fintech companies
-fluent Japanese/JLPT N1 equivalent, conversational English

- より多くのお客様が利用できる、使いやすく便利な製品の作成
- UX 調査と行動分析を実施して問題点を特定し、改善方法を考案
- エンジニア、デザイナー、カスタマー サービスなどの部門横断的なチームのメンバーと協力して、新機能の作成と統合
- マーケティング チームと協力して、キャンペーンの計画と開発、実装、運用、分析を指揮。

[要件]
- 決済/金融サービス/銀行/フィンテック企業での製品管理の経験が 2 以上、または
- 決済/金融サービス/銀行/フィンテック企業でのアプリケーション開発の経験が 3 年以上（バックエンド、フルスタック、またはフロントエンド エンジニアでも可）
- 流暢な日本語/JLPT N1 相当、日常会話レベルの英語
