• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect purchasing, focusing on cost optimization and supply risk management, informed by detailed spend analysis.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects to advance procurement objectives and organizational goals.
• Conduct negotiations on pricing and business terms with vendors to secure optimal agreements.
• Perform cost analysis and validate pricing to ensure alignment with budgetary and market benchmarks.
• Propose and execute process improvement plans, driving efficiency and continuous enhancement in procurement operations.
