Job Responsibilities
The role involves end-to-end management of software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet client satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to manage all aspects of ERP/Financial software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the full life cycle of ERP/Financial software implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to agreed scope and milestones.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the project outcomes.
• Change Management: Oversee and manage change requests, including negotiation, approval, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team, including planning for team and individual development, and ensuring that team members have the support they need to succeed.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare revenue analysis and cost management reports to ensure projects remain financially viable and aligned with company objectives.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including providing consultancy and solution selling to prospective clients.

Qualifications :

• At least 4 years' experience as a Software Project Manager or Project Leader, with a strong understanding of ERP/Business software and business processes.
• Understanding of Accounting concepts and knowledge.
• Proficient analysis, effective problem-solving, communication, and negotiating abilities
• Excellent communication in English.
