Location : Bangkok
Working days : Mon - Fri (Hybrid working)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers to deliver successful data projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Acting as a subject matter experts of Data Engineering perspective, to design and implement scalable data architectures for both on-premise and several cloud environments.
- Build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and development teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance, while promoting best practices in data engineering.
- Guide and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.
- Work with sales teams to understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
More than 8 years of experience in data engineering, (enterprise-level architecture design would be advantage)
Experienced in managing data teams, with strong leadership skills.
Expertise in several cloud technologies (AWS, Azure : familiarity with all is an advantage).
Strong abilities in client engagement, and proposal development.
Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication.
