Job Title: IT Operation (Japanese Speaking)

Location: Bangplee, Samutprakarn 

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00

Job Description: 

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for our Japanese-speaking clients.

• Collaborating with the IT team to develop and implement IT solutions.

• Implement and support security systems for group companies in Thailand and clients across the ASEAN region. 

• Coordinate with Japan HQ to ensure alignment on IT, security strategies and policies.

• Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.

• Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese (speaking and writing).

• Strong technical skills in IT support, networking, and system administration.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• No JLPT certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of MS SQL, servers, Security. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
