Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, business, marketing, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising, retail management (leather bag)

• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales analysis, and inventory management.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in e-commerce and digital merchandising is a plus.

• Proficiency with merchandising software and tools, such as ERP systems or analytics platforms.

• Fluent English, Mandarin is advantage

• Willing to be located in Kendal
