RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for coordinating, planning, and directing the organization's technology and information systems for the general customers and the Group subsidiaries. He/she will lead staff, determine necessary technology advancements, train employees and subordinates in the use of software and hardware used in the daily operations of the organization, and oversee technical maintenance and security, including support. Setting up/Kitting hardware peripherals such as PC, server, printer, iPhone, and handy terminals.

• Coordinating IT projects and handling lifecycle of project from start to end.

• Provide support and training of subordinate and management staff.

• Managing achievement against customers.

• Assist and direct the implementation of new technologies, such as WMS/ERP.

• Complete understanding of the company's Business software products (ONEsLOGI) 

REQUIREMENTS

Must be Japanese/English bilingual.

• More than 2 years of project manager experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in application design and development.

• Development experience with Git Understanding of software development lifecycle.

• Experience with WMS/SCM/YMS/OMS and/or freight forwarding systems a plus but not required.

SALARY

Salary should be stated as an annual range (e.g., USD 65,000 - 120,000).
