The main responsibilitieクイーン カジノ 評判re:

• Negotiate, draft and review contractクイーン カジノ 評判nd agreements in Japanese and English for domestic and overseas business units
• Advise on a range of legal matters including corporate M&A, litigation, licensing agreements, as well as compliance
• Work closely with business teams to identify and mitigate legal risk, while allowing the company to take advantage of commercial opportunities 
• Mentor and support junior colleagues

Requirements for this role are:

• Solid legal educational background with attorney qualification in Japan or commonwealth jurisdictionクイーン カジノ 評判n advantage
• 6 years + experience in corporate law gained at a major law firm or a reputable company
• Comfortable handling contractクイーン カジノ 評判nd agreements in Japanese and English
• Experience with cross-border legal matterクイーン カジノ 評判 distinct advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
