Senior Legal Manager - Iconic Fashion brand

Working with local and global colleagues, you will have responsibility for all legal issues for the brand's business in Japan. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts relating to the retail business
• Advise on issues including any dispute resolution, data privacy, technology use and various corporate affairs
• The main point of contact for ethicクイーン カジノ 評価nd compliance matters in Japan
• Overseeing intellectual property matterクイーン カジノ 評価nd working with colleagues on brand protection and anti-counterfeit

The best-matching candidates will have:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Law
• Experience in-house legal position or at a respected law firm, with knowledge of the FMCG industry extremely desirable
• All-round ability to manage issues in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
