*The Corporate Development Manager, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, Finance, is in charge of managing all the financial aspects of corporate development of the company in Japan
Others:
● Assist in execution of large investment projects including M&A
○ Perform financial analysis of risk and return with financial modelling for screening of projects with the business development team at initial stage or negotiation with potential partnerクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスt mid to late stages
○ Manage financial and tax due diligence in M&A
○ Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements including SPA, SHA and LA
○ Prepare and review financial memos of the accounting and financial impact of the projects for internal investment committees
○ Support integration in finance
● Support internal trainings for non-finance employees
● Train and motivate one staff in Corporate Development
