This position will lead PV development for APMEA region. 【主たる役割】
PMEA地域向けのPV用タイヤの開発をリードする。全てのサイズの乗用車用タイヤ(PCRおよびSUV)を対象とし、OEMおよび補修用タイヤの両方をカバーする。また技術開発に当たっては、ヨーロッパのPV クイーンカジノ おすすめスロットamp;Dと協力する。
 

【Main Responsibilities / Job Summary】

• Develop Product strategy for PVRD in APMEA along with other stakeholders (Senior Management, Institutional sales & Replacement Sales, Marketing, Customer Service etc. and other Technology functions of クイーンカジノ おすすめスロットamp;D )
• Building and Delivering Product Roadmap (on-time, in-budget, as per quality and performance norms)
• Technology preparedness for future and leadership: Being ready for future demands emanating from OEM customers, replacement market demands / technology advances like ULRR, EV, Low NVH, low weight etc.
• Operational Efficiency: Project Management and Delivery, Cost Management, Achieving VAVE targets, APDP, QR gate review etc.
• People Development and Bench strength Readiness: Efficient team structure, role and responsibility allocation, developing capabilities of team members, preparing team for future needs in terms of capability and capacity
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with other functions (Technology functions within クイーンカジノ おすすめスロットamp;D ,Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Service, Purchase etc.) to effectively execute PVRD strategy
