Main responsibilities:

• Supporting and counseling the company on all strategic business transactions
• Contract drafting/negotiation
• Establishing necessary internal legal and compliance frameworks
• Ensuring compliance with necessary laws, regulationクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd practices
• Develop and enhance the company's compliance profile
• Act as the company data privacy officer 

• 5+ years of in-house legal function with healthcare industry experience
• Qualified aクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いn attorney in Japan, US, UK or other commonwealth jurisdictions
• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
• Ability to communicate legal ideas clearly and concisely to colleagueクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd senior management
• Independent, can-do approach
