【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• To advocate for all phases of the employee journey, ensuring your active participation in efforts to make their experience with us positive and productive.
• To create and endorse strategies that boost employee engagement and retention.
• To establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, offering guidance on people management, compliance with contractクイーン カジノ 出 金nd regulations, and handling performance and disciplinary issues.

• To actively transfer HR responsibilities to the Shared Service Team and/or continuously improve HR processes.
• To provide and analyze people-related data either proactively or upon request.

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Native Japanese level and Fluent in English
• Has HR related experience more than 3 years
