Responsibilities

1. Providing Technical Support in analyzing and resolving Incidents.
2. Possessing specialist knowledge of domain, operating systems, applicationクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd software.
3. Providing technical support to teams within the organization and application users.
4. Providing temporary workaround and recovery of Incidents to maintain service uptime.
5. Assisting with systems integrationクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd data movements.
6. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of querieクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd resolutions is kept up to date and maintain SLAs.
7. Standardization/enhancements for all technical operationクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd batch jobs operations.
8. Maintaining and updating technical documentクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd procedures.
9. Release management and deployment of businesクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないpplications.
10. Identify application performance barriers, analyze and mitigate.
11. Assisting in post implementation support and monitoring.
12. Analyze root cause and work with application managers for permanent fix.
13. Develop toolクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd automate process to enhance operations to minimize incidentクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないnd improver incidents recovery turnaround time.

2. SQL development/IDM DB2/MSSQL/Oracle/Cosmos DB/NoSQL/XML/JSON/etc.
3. Azure Services (IAAS/PAAS)
4. Unix Shell/PowerShell/VBScripts/Perl/Python/etc.
5. Middleware - IBM WAS/Web Portal/Apache/Reverse Proxy/APIMs/Tivoli Directory services/etc
6. Linux/AIX/Windows/etc..
7. CICD pipelines/ JIRA/confluence/bitbucket/Github/Jenkins/etc.
8. Knowledge of Security Standards/ SAST/DAST/Pentest /Firewall /WAF /etc.
