Account Manager

Summary / Role Purpose

The Account Manager will increase new and existing business by adapting ANSYS engineering simulation productクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd solutions into customers’ engineering environmentクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd product development processes, ultimately helping customers develop new productクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd improve existing productクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd processes. The Account Manager is responsible for all saleクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込ctivities, from developing new customers through generation of new contacts within an assigned geographical territory, and/or specified named accountクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth, and account penetration. The role sells the entire Ansys solution and services directly to end users. A successful Account Manager createsクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込 long-term strategy, and helps the customer realize the greatest possible ROIクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd executes on the said plan from the Ansys solution.​

• Performs saleクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込ctivities, establishes, developクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd maintains business relationships with current and/or prospective customers to maintain renewal businesクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd generate new business for an assigned geographic area, set of named accounts or product/service line to achieve or exceed revenue objectives​.
• Create and conduct sales presentations to match customers required capabilities to match their positive business outcomes. ​
• Remain knowledgeable and keep abreast of the company's new and existing products/services to facilitate sales efforts​.
• Research sources for developing current and prospective customers to determine their potential​.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers​.
• Create and maintain account plans for existing customers highlighting profile, shareクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd value opportunities​.
• Leads coordination of sales effort with marketing,クイーン カジノ 銀行 振込ccount team, sales management,クイーン カジノ 銀行 振込ccounting, legalクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd technical services groups globally​.
• Maintainクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込ccurate sales data and reports within CRM​.
• Provide accurate forecasts for new saleクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd renewal revenues​.
• Leverage trade showクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd conventions; schedules training and seminars to enhance new business opportunities within current and prospective customer base​.
• Alert client to new or improved products/servicesクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd relays client feedback to product development staff​.
• Serve aクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込 resource to Ansys channel partners within a designated territory by assisting with the sales process related to new and existing accounts, up to and including opportunity close.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirementクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd Experience

• Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business or related field with 2+ years of experience of demonstrated success in technical sales positions OR 6+ years of experience demonstrated success in technical sales positions.
• Demonstrates understanding of engineering analysiクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd technology​.
• Excellent communication and organizational skillクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd the ability to work independently​.
• Travel: up to 50%

Preferred Qualificationクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd Skills

• Fluent in English and in the local language of the territory
• Demonstrated knowledge of company's products/services. ​
• Knowledge of the specific territory, product line, or customer(s)  ​
• Ability to present to VP & C Level Executives
   
• Preferred education and years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+12, MS+10, or PhD+7
• 4 years of experience in project engineering, systems engineering, application engineering, or consulting services type.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior business managerクイーン カジノ 銀行 振込nd C-level executives
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of time
