業務内容

• レポーティングライン：日本のCFO、アジアのCRO
• 日本法人の財務・非財務クイーン カジノ全般を統括していただきます。
• 社内のクイーン カジノジメント、コントロール、資本管理の調整
• 独立した立場でクイーン カジノを監督すること
• グローバル/リージョンのクイーン カジノジメント手法のローカライズ
• 日本の規制当局や監査法人などとの定期的なやり取り（外部要件を把握し、しっかり対応すること）
• 新たなクイーン カジノやコントロール評価プロセスの導入推進
• トップクイーン カジノの管理、監視、報告（主要クイーン カジノ指標含む）
• クイーン カジノジメントの重要テーマに関するビジネス側第一防衛ラインとのディスカッション（クイーン カジノジメント手法の定義など）
• 定性的および定量的なクイーン カジノジメントの実施（リスク識別、評価、分析、コントロール評価、資本管理など）

A new position to manage all financial and non-financial risks for the organisation, reporting into the CFO and Asia CRO.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Aクイーン カジノ key manager, you will be responsible for coordinating risk management, control, and capital management activities for our organization.
• Conduct independent risk oversight, implementing global and regional risk management practiceクイーン カジノt the local level.
• Ensure compliance with external requirements through regular interaction with local regulatorクイーン カジノnd external parties, including Audit.
• Contribute to the evolution of risk and control assessment processeクイーン カジノnd their implementation.
• Manage, monitor, and report on top risks, including key risk indicators.
• Interact with the business (1st line of defense) on focused risk management topics, including defining risk management measures.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk management, covering risk identification, assessment, analysis, control assessment, and capital management.

必須条件

• 保険業界経験

• 定性/定量クイーン カジノジメント、リスクコントロール、リスクレポーティングの知識
• 日本語ネイティブ
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

Required skills

• Professional experience in insurance and state-of-the-art risk management techniques.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative risk management, risk controlling, and risk reporting.
• Native Japanese and business level English.

Preferred skills

• In-depth knowledge of the commercial insurance product portfolio is preferable.
• Robust understanding of principleクイーン カジノnd practices in other relevant functional areas (COO, Actuarial, Underwriting, Reinsurance, etc.) is preferable.
• Strong understanding of regulatory risk frameworkクイーン カジノnd requirements (including J-ICクイーン カジノnd Economic Capital Requirements) is preferable.
