Assistant Chef

Responsibilities:

• Properly store and dispose of food
• Ensure health and sanitation standardクイーン カジノ 出 金re in compliance with regulations
• Aid culinary team in preparing dishes to recipe
• Assist in training new kitchen staff team members
• Help cleaning and organizing in the kitchen
• Knowledge of scheduling and food inventory

Requirements:

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Experience with food preparation including cooking and plating meals
• Strive for excellence in all aspects of the job
• The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
• Prior experience working as Chef or Cook.
