Report to: Manager, Quality Assurance (QA), MFG, Specialties SBU
Location: Moka, Tochigi

Key responsibilities of Role:
Contributes to product quality improvement for both domestic and imported products through customer issue resolution from multiple angles. Implementation of company Quality policy to reach quality G&O, cooperate with other functions by the guidance of Quality manual and Quality SOPs to ensure products quality. As the key window person for Moka plant and SABIC commercial team for customer after sell service and customer compliant process.

• Evaluateクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd analyzes projects, products, materials with its severity of customer issue, supports root cause analysis, generates reports, performs quality improvement taskクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd coordinates own activities with other engineerクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd operating groupクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd improvement activities/programs/projects or application design.
• Scopeクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd implements projects in coordination with manager, MFG team, other site’s relating team and other engineering resources to ensure product quality improvement.
• Leadクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd teaches quality and efficiency management techniques/concepts.
• Identifies improvement opportunities, leads improvement studieクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスt unit level for complex problems interacting with multiple disciplines, develops business cases or plans in area of expertise overseeing total business impact.
• Identifies type of QA risk assessment, executes risk assessmentクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナスnd ensures follow up and closure.
• Develops long term strategy to improve known KPI’s in own discipline.
• QA & QC information management on maintenance manufacturing technology and technical know-how.
• Exchanging technical information and global communication with overseas counterparts.
• Lead continuous process improvement regarding to EHSS, equipment reliability, capacity.

Business Experience:

• At least 5-year working experience of quality assurance in related fields
• Experience of working in a global / Asia pacific scale project aクイーン カジノ 出 金 ボーナス quality assurance engineer
• Significant professional experience in QA & QC area proven by measurable results
• Having experiences for interactions with external customers

Educational background:

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Chemical or related fields
• Six Sigma Green Belt or demonstrated equal skills required

Language:

• Native Level in Japanese
• Fluent in English; excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

• Strong computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint

Employment Status :Regular full-time employee

Working hours: Working Hour : 9:00 – 17:30 (7.5 hours / 1 hour lunch break)

Annual Salary & Incentiv：JPY 5.5 MM – JPY 8.5 MM
∟plus Incentive (Annual Salary x Robust 0% / Target 15% / Stretch 27%)

Flex time: Core time : 10:00 – 15:30

Holiday：Annual 119 Days (Sat. , Sun. & National Holidays)

Annual leaves：Min. 11 days up to Max. 20 days per year
