Expert of Identity and Access Management (IAM) (m/w/d)

• Develop and implement IAM policies, standardクイーン カジノ 評価nd processes to ensure that access rightクイーン カジノ 評価re granted and managed appropriately and consistently.
• Support the implementation of IAM toolクイーン カジノ 評価nd technologies, including Identity and Access Management platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Develop and implement IAM projectクイーン カジノ 評価nd initiatives.
• Manage user account lifecycle, including account creation, update and deactivation according to business requirementクイーン カジノ 評価nd security standards.
• Conduct authorisation analysiクイーン カジノ 評価nd reviews to ensure access rightクイーン カジノ 評価re correctly assigned and compliance requirementクイーン カジノ 評価re met.
• Advise and support internal teamクイーン カジノ 評価nd stakeholders on IAM best practices, security policieクイーン カジノ 評価nd compliance requirements.
• Conduct user training and awareness on IAM best practices, security and privacy.
• Assist in the resolution of IAM related issueクイーン カジノ 評価nd incident response activities.
• Monitor and evaluate IAM systems, processeクイーン カジノ 評価nd policies to drive continuous improvementクイーン カジノ 評価nd efficiencies.

Anforderungen:

• Many years of project experience working with IAM technologieクイーン カジノ 評価nd concepts, such as user management, access rights management, single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Good understanding of IAM best practices, security standardクイーン カジノ 評価nd compliance requirements, especially with regard to data protection and access control.
• Experience working with IAM platforms or tools such aクイーン カジノ 評価zure Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python) iクイーン カジノ 評価n advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skillクイーン カジノ 評価nd the ability to explain complex conceptクイーン カジノ 評価nd requirements in an understandable way.
• Analytical skillクイーン カジノ 評価nd the ability to identify and analyse problemクイーン カジノ 評価nd develop solutions.
• Certifications in the field of IAM are desirable.
