Your role aクイーン カジノ visan Associate Consultant

• Work with a team of successful Recruitment Consultants to place bilingual (Japanese-English) professionals into global companies
• Candidate sourcing through cold calling/headhunting, online channels (LinkedIn, job boards), job advertisementクイーン カジノ visand database
• Candidate management (follow-up calls with existing contacts)
• Proactively capture relevant market information through conversation with professionals in the market
• Shadowing senior colleagues to learn about the recruitment process

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency (Business Level) in English, Japanese fluency iクイーン カジノ visa must (at the moment, we are looking for business Japanese minimum)
• Excellent saleクイーン カジノ visand influencing skills
• Ability to handle multiple prioritieクイーン カジノ visand meet deadlines
• Driven, energetic, team player, determined, resilient, willing to learn and build relationships
• Must already be in Japan
