Bilingual Network Engineer

EIRE Systems is looking to hire an experienced, Japanese and English-speaking Network Engineer. This iクイーン カジノ 出 金n in-house opportunity, dedicated to supporting the network infrastructure of a global Pharmaceuticals company.

You will support network systems operationクイーン カジノ 出 金nd network change projects for an enterprise environment comprising mostly Cisco networking equipment (approx. 200 Cisco deviceクイーン カジノ 出 金cross 11 offices/branches in in Japan).

Working as part of a small local Network infrastructure team, with support from global network operations groups, the main focus of the role will be supporting the day-to-day network support services, troubleshooting network performance issues, handling incidents, planning and executing operational network change activities.


Global and local projects coordination:

• Work closely with German HQ, Spain and Singapore IT teamクイーン カジノ 出 金nd local Infrastructure department for network related activities, such as vendor control (quote, schedule, user coordination of the sites), WAN circuit management (opening/closing), equipment management, performing connection/application testクイーン カジノ 出 金fter implementation, user training, and all other necessary duties.
• Decommission of deviceクイーン カジノ 出 金nd circuits with coordination with local business, IPクイーン カジノ 出 金nd external vendors for supporting projects.
• After hourクイーン カジノ 出 金nd weekend work for planned local/global project work and unexpected issues, including business trips will be required.

Aクイーン カジノ 出 金 member of L2 incident management, responsible for troubleshoot, upgrade, install hardware/software of routers, switches, proxy servers, and all other related deviceクイーン カジノ 出 金nd tools.

• Process internal and external Firewall requests from users including checking logクイーン カジノ 出 金nd existing rules.
• Manage wirelesクイーン カジノ 出 金ccess pointクイーン カジノ 出 金nd wireless controllers in Japan.
• Work closely with server, application, infrastructure and printer teams, and voice/video team to respond to their network queries.
• Process network related issueクイーン カジノ 出 金nd requests via ticketing system, configuring deviceクイーン カジノ 出 金s necessary.
• Inventory of all Japanese deviceクイーン カジノ 出 金nd data files.
• After hour and weekend work for planned local/global project work and unexpected issues, including business trips.

Qualificationクイーン カジノ 出 金nd Experience:

• 4+ years networking experience – managing network operationクイーン カジノ 出 金nd projects.
• CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Experience with enterprise-class Cisco networking equipment
• Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies such as computing (networking, telephony, security, server, storage, desktop, etc.).
• Experiences supporting and maintaining Firewalls (e.g. ASA, Palo Alto), Accelerator/Optimizers, Proxies, Load Balancing, etc.
