Your role
The Expert/Manager Project Development focuses on successfully developing greenfield solar projects from inception to the handover to construction teams. Responsibilities encompass identifying and acquiring suitable land, navigating through the permitting process, overseeing feasibility studieクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd interacting with government agencieクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いs well as local communities. Aクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅い team player you coordinate well, share information and enjoy meeting new people.

Your responsibilities

• Lead project execution, ensuring projectクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いre completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify and acquire suitable land for solar parks
• Handle permitting processes
• Grow strong relationships with project stakeholders, mainly local government and communities
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies to evaluate the technical, environmental and financial viability of the project

• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time (min. 50%)
• Salary Range: 7.0-9.5m JPY

• Knowledge of the solar industry and project development with at least five years’ experience.

• Ability to travel in Japan on a regular basis
• Proficient in MS Office and specialized project development tools
