Job Description

• Understand underwritings, terms & conditions, deal structures of each asset transaction.
• Translate the above into strategieクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd action itemクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いt executional level, including pre-opening, capex program and ongoing operations.
• Execute above strategieクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd action items, including proposing and negotiating working flows, creating budget and obtaining approval, conduct regular reports with external stakeholders including lenderクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd asset management team appointed by the investorクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いfter deal closing.
• Communicate and align with internal stakeholders including operation team, finance team, A&G teams with the strategieクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd action items in no.2.
• Review and provide advice to the internal stakeholders regarding the performance of each asset.
• Provide feedback to the transaction team in relation to deal structure, financial model and terms & conditions.
• Be the primary contact point with other external stakeholders including auditors,valuerクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd other external professional advisors on matters pertaining to the assets.

Minimum Experience Level	Over 3 years
Career Level	Mid Career
Minimum English Level	Business Level (Amount Used: English usage about 50%)
Minimum Japanese Level	Fluent
Minimum Education Level	Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status	Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

• Japanese at native level and English at business level
