山形県米沢市にある米沢工場にて、倉庫クイーン カジノと外部委託先クイーン カジノを行っていただきます。
・工場製造部門に供給する原材料・半製品に関する業務をクイーン カジノ・監督
・ 委託先の施設、設備、人員等を見直す計画を立案し、実施。さらに必要に応じて新しい外部パートナーを開拓し、3PL外部倉庫を設定。
・ 外注した3PL外部倉庫が工場の生産に常に問題なく対応できるよう、日々のクイーン カジノを行う
・ 社内部門が確実に外注先を支援できる組織を整備し、クイーン カジノ・監督
