Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Japan General or Country Manager and the rest of the Japan leadership team in setting and achieving the company's financial and operating planクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd targets
• Lead the annual budgeting and monthly and quarterly forecasting and review process
• Ensure financial data provided iクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスccurate and meets reporting deadlines
• Manage key components of working capital, including accounts receivable, inventory, クイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスccounts payable
• Drive a culture of integrity and compliance by ensuring financial information is prepared in accordance with US GAAP, JGAAP, SCIEX, or Danaher accounting policieクイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスnd local statutory, tax, or legal requirements
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure support is provided to complete audit work クイーン カジノ 入金 ボーナスddress findings timely
• Develop and lead the Japan finance team in providing excellent services by keeping team members engaged and providing necessary guidance and training opportunities

Requirements:

• More than 20 years of experience
• More than 10 years of experience in a managerial function
• More than 5 years of experience overseeing the entire finance function including accounting and FP&A
• Deep knowledge of USGAAP or JGAAP
• Expertise in MS Excel
