Construction Project Manager

This role is part of the Construction & Facilities (C&F) department supporting all Brands within the H&M Group in the sales market for Singapore and Malaysia. 
Aクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限 Construction Project Manager you will lead, manage, and organize construction projectクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限cross the H&M portfolio from inception to handover/opening with a high level of professionalism and according to company policies, routines, standardクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd local legislation. As well as having a sustainable approach and a strong business mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare projects from inception, including site surveys, value engineering, and risk assessment, while securing investment budgetクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd project timelines.
• Strengthen internal routineクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd communication between departments to ensure smooth project planning and execution, and drive the design coordination, procurement, and logistics.
• Follow up on the construction process to meet deadlineクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd quality standards, and mitigate financial and branding risks by securing necessary permits with consultantクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd authorities.
• Build long-term partnerships with suppliers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring financial transparency through cost follow-up and tendering processes.
• Optimize planning and follow-up tools, driving improvement actions, and sharing learningクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd best practices with colleagues.

What you need to succeed:

• Previous working experience in Retail Fit-out, Construction, Facility Management, or Real Estate, with a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Businesクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限dministration, or a similar field. 
• Experience in managing external suppliers, following up on contractual obligations, and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of technical installations (HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations, etc.), procurement, Health & Safety, and implementing brand design guidelines on-site.
• Relevant certificates in project management, with advanced proficiency in Japanese and English (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Be flexible to travel frequently.

Additional information

This iクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限 permanent position on a local contract based at our Support Office in Japan. You will report to the Construction and Facilities Manager of Northeast Asia.

Travel & project management tasks will be focused on Japan but not limited to it.
