• 包括的なデジタル戦略を立案し、クライアントの目標に沿ったビジネス成功を促進するための詳細なマーケティング提案とメディアプラン（ソーシャルメディア広告、KOL、OOHなど）を作成・提案する
• 市場動向、オーディエンスの行動、競合状況を理解するため、徹底した市場調査と分析を行う
• クライアントのビジネス目標を理解し、それを効果的なデジタルソリューションに変換する
• 社内チームや外部ベンダーと協力し、高品質なデジタルコンテンツを制作する
• 高度なマーケティングツールを活用してキャンペーンのパフォーマンスを監視し、実行可能なインサイトを提供、改善案を推奨する
• クライアントとの強固な関係を構築し、戦略的な指導を提供しながら高い満足度を保証する
• 最新のデジタルトレンド、ツール、ベストプラクティスを把握し、当社の戦略を常に向上させる
• 本社から提供された英語のケーススタディ（マーケティング提案）を日本語に翻訳し、日本のクライアント向けに活用する

• 2 to 8 years of experience in クイーン カジノ 入金trategy planning, focusing on developing and executing クイーン カジノ 入金olutions.
• Strong understanding of market insight and digital marketing principles (Influencer/OOH/social media ads...etc.),
• Excellent analytical and research skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and presenting marketing proposalクイーン カジノ 入金nd media plans.
• Fluency in Japanese and English
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientクイーン カジノ 入金nd colleagues.
• Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a digital agency or similar role is preferred.

【労働条件】

・雇用形態：無期雇用
・試用期間：入社後３か月
　試用期間中の勤務条件：変更なし
・想定年収：600 〜1000万円
・賃金形態：月給制（上記想定年収の１２分割）
・月給：500,000円~833,333円
・労働時間制度：フレックスタイム制 
※ワークライフバランスを優先！残業ほぼなし＆直行直帰もOK！プライベートとメリハリをつけて働ける職場環境です。
・就業時間：就業開始時間 8:30-10:00　〜　就業終了時間 17:30-19:00
・所定労働時間：8時間
