【Global Security Systems】 Service Technician

Aクイーン カジノ と は Service Technician at AVTEL, you will play a key role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of integrated security systems, including Access Control and CCTV. You will be responsible for performing site installations, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). In addition, you will assist with small projectクイーン カジノ と はnd collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure the highest level of service for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

Deliver on Installation & Maintenance 

• Install, repair, and maintain integrated security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and related technologies. 

• Conduct diagnostic assessments of technical issueクイーン カジノ と はnd implement effective solutions.

Perform planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) 

• Perform routine PPM on existing systems to ensure their optimal functioning and minimize downtime. 

Deliver Project Support 

• Assist with site surveyクイーン カジノ と はnd contribute to pricing preparation for customer projects. 

• Support small-scale project work as required, ensuring taskクイーン カジノ と はre completed to specification. 

Ensure Compliance & Safety 

• Adhere to company procedures, safety protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all installationクイーン カジノ と はnd maintenance activities. 

Drive continuous improvement through collaboration 

• Work closely with the technical team to resolve issueクイーン カジノ と はnd contribute to continuous process improvements. 

Experience

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in installing and maintaining integrated security systems. 

Technical Skills 

• You are experienced with Access Control, CCTV, and related security systems. 

• Proficient in troubleshooting and basic IT networking; CAD experience iクイーン カジノ と は plus. 

Communication Skills 

• You have strong customer service クイーン カジノ と はommunication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to clients. 

• Fluency in both spoken and written Japanese and English iクイーン カジノ と は plus; business-level proficiency in either language is essential.

• You are willing to work outside standard hours when required, ensuring customer needクイーン カジノ と はre met in a timely manner.
