Position: Manager - Business Development
Job responsibilities
• Actively promote Grade A Serviced Office rentals
• Formulate creative Business Development and Sales Strategies
• Perform Cold Calls to new customers regularly

• Build rapport with Associations, Chambers of Commerce

Requirements
• Fluency in both spoken and written Japanese
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 to 3 years solid work experience in property developer/ real estate/ hotel industry would be an advantage
