JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Create, monitor, and manage project budgets. To stay on budget, ensure that all costクイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナスre tracked and efficiently controlled.

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Create detailed cost estimates for building projects that include materials, labor, and equipment. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and help the Contracts Manager with pre- and post-contract tasks.

·         Analyze costクイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナスnd offer detailed updates on project progresクイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナスnd financial results. Identify and manage any financial risks.

·         Help with the procurement process by preparing tender documents, assessing bids, and selecting contractorクイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナスnd suppliers.

·         Perform values for intermediate and final payments. Ensure that paymentクイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナスre processed accurately and timely.

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Communicate the project's financial condition and answer any concerns.

·         Ensure that every work meetクイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナスpplicable legal, regulatory, and professional standards.

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Work closely with project managers, engineers, QS Contract Manager, and other team members to ensure accurate cost management and project delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス 8-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction infrastructure industry.

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, MS Project).

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス BQSM (Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia) certification

クイーン カジノ 初回 ボーナス Proficiency in Malay and English is essential, while Mandarin proficiency is optional.
