JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the design and development of クイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いrotection systems, which include sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke control, emergency exits, クイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いumps, and gas suppression systems.

• Creating designs, calculations, sketches, and/or diagrams to assist in the prevention or spread of fire 

• Ensure that all project specificationクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd regulatory requirementクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いre met while overseeing fire protection projects from concept to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner. 

• Perform fire risk assessments for buildingクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd facilities, identifying potential fire hazardクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd proposing effective fire protection measures. 

• Ensure that fire protection systemクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いdhere to local and international fire safety regulationクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd standards, including NFPA, BS, EN, and local codes.. 

• Provide technical guidance and guarantee the delivery of high-quality projects by supervising and mentoring a team of fire protection workerクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd technicians. 

• Ensure that fire protection systemクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いre properly integrated into building designs by working in conjunction with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines. 

• Ensure that fire protection systemクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いre installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with regulatory requirementクイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いnd design specifications. 

• Ensure the long-term functionality and reliability of クイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いrotection systems by establishing and supervising routine maintenance and inspection schedules. 

• Prepare and evaluate technical specifications, compliance reports, and drawings that pertain to クイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いrotection systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in クイーン カジノ 出 金 遅いrotection engineering, with experience managing large-scale fire safety projects. 

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software. 

• Able to speak Mandarin.
