Job Description

- Create the right structure and systems to deliver excellence. Finds ways to work more efficient and make the best of the teamクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限vailable time.
- Monitor and lead changes, sponsor action plans, initiate capex;
- Ensure shop floor resource planning iクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限dequate in correlation with production workload versus planning
- Oversees the analysiクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd review of budgets, schedules, production requirementクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd headcount to determine the most cost effective and efficient methods of obtaining the goal.
- Ensure the department’s procedure and working instruction are up to date and compliance with ISO 9001 requirement
- Consistently assesクイーン カジノ 出 金 上限nd recommend the best method for process improvement
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Min of 5 - 7 years’ production-related experience in managerial role.
- Adaptable, safety-conscious
- Good communication and leadership skills including coaching, motivating and right people management approach
- Knowledgeable in department budgeting processes
