Job Description

クイーン カジノ 出 金 できないandidate will be working on-site at the datクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないenter facility and will be responsible for;

Supporting clients visiting the datクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないenter with entrance/exit administration, physical security check, escorting to workplace(s), renting equipment required/requested, etc.

Tape management activities (swapping with new tape, keeping old ones in stock, passing used tapes to vendors responsible)

LED review, power on/off, power cable connect/disconnect

Check status of equipment and facilities in the datクイーン カジノ 出 金 できないenter visually

Asset and inventory management (including clients’ IT equipment, tools, etc.)

Preparing documentations (i.e. support log report, inventory report, etc.)

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 1 year
Career Level Mid Career

Minimum Education Level High-School
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required

Required Skills

Conditions for an Application

Strong interest in joining IT industry (we welcome applicants who are not experienced in relevant support)

Strong interest in IT hardware maintenance (i.e. PC, server, etc.)

Able to work in shift, including night time and holidays

Strong customer support skills
