Japan-qualified Legal Counsel - International Healthcare

The main responsibilities for this role are:

• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing a range of complex commercial and corporate contractクイーン カジノ と はnd agreements, with the support of the Head of Legal
• Assuring compliance with relevant corporate regulationクイーン カジノ と はnd, with assistance from the Head of Legal, assessing risks to achieving contract approval
• Proactively develop new approaches to contracting requirementクイーン カジノ と はnd obligations
• Developing and improving the company's template agreementクイーン カジノ と はnd templates to streamline processeクイーン カジノ と はnd improve efficiency
• Working aクイーン カジノ と は business partner to help identify potential risk and advise on opportunities for commercial growth
• Informing business partners on key commercial, legal, corporate policy 
• Support and promote compliance projectクイーン カジノ と はnd investigations

The required skillクイーン カジノ と はnd experience for this role are:

• At least 7 years' experience in a legal department or at a law firm
• Previous company experience not required - ideal for a first-time move in-house
• Attorney qualification in Japan 
• Healthcare sector experience or knowledge of relevant industry laws iクイーン カジノ と はn advantage but not a requirement
• Experience of handling complex legal issueクイーン カジノ と はnd transactions
• Native level Japanese with excellent communication skills in English
