Information Risk Manager (2nd Line) -Intermediate Japanese OK

As an Information Risk Manager specialized in the 2nd line of security, you will oversee the implementation of risk management strategies and processes for our client in the financial services industry. The function's goal is to ensure that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risks aligned with the business goals and company strategy.

Description

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes in line with the company's objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with the technology department to develop and enforce risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes.
• Communicate risk policies and processes to internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare risk management and compliance reports for senior management.
• Manage one person. (People with People management experience as PM, Consultant or Team Leader experience are welcome too)

A successful Information Risk Manager should have:

• Great Communication skills
• Japanese speaking skills: Intermediate and above
• Experience or equivalent knowledge in Information Risk Management, IT audit, or Information Security
• Ability to proactively propose ideas to stakeholders with strategic mindset

Not a Must , but welcome to have:

• CISM/CISA/CGEIT/CRISC/CISSP certification or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Preferably risk management/2nd line Security experience
• Working experience in insurance company or financial industry
