Description

• Develop and implement risk management strategieクイーン カジノ 入金nd processes in line with the company's objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threatクイーン カジノ 入金nd vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with the technology department to develop and enforce risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectivenesクイーン カジノ 入金f risk management processes.
• Communicate risk policieクイーン カジノ 入金nd processes to internal stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trendクイーン カジノ 入金nd regulatory requirements.
• Prepare risk management and compliance reports for senior management.
• Manage one person. (People with People management experience as PM, Consultant or Team Leader experience are welcome too)

A successful Information Risk Manager should have:

• Great Communication skills
• Japanese speaking skills: Intermediate and above
• Experience or equivalent knowledge in Information Risk Management, IT audit, or Information Security
• Ability to proactively propose ideas to stakeholders with strategic mindset

Not a Must , but welcome to have:

• CISM/CISA/CGEIT/CRISC/CISSP certification or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Preferably risk management/2nd line Security experience
• Working experience in insurance company or financial industry
