- 顧客先においてサードパーティITベンダーの担当者、医療機関IT担当者と協業し、当社システムと医療機関システムの接続環境 の技術仕様について協議し、システム接続を推進する。
- 市場において当社ソフトウェアおよびサービスのバージョンが常に最新バージョンに維持されるよう、社内リソースを最適化する。
- 弊社製品、微生物検査関連の最新技術情報（ソフトウェアや新しいITソリューションなど）を製造元の本社などから入手し、ビジネスプランを策定する。
- 関連部門（MKTG、SALES、MA）からの依頼に応じて資料を作成し、必要に応じて資料内容の社内トレーニングを実施する。
